Are you attending the CENEX EXPO next month and have an outstanding power requirement? Maybe you're scoping out a future project which requires test equipment and you're not sure what is technically possible? Then pop on over to the ETPS stand to talk to our team!
We will be exhibiting a selection of programmable sinks and sources at C3-616 in Hall 3. Our team can talk through our product ranges which includes new and rental DC & AC sources, bidirectional PSUs and electronic loads. Application specific equipment is also available for battery emulation, grid simulation, battery cycling, electric drive testing plus much more.
At the conference we be demonstrating our G5-RSS bidirectional DC range, which features industry leading dynamics with switchable capacitance. A current step between 90% sourcing to 90% sinking can be as quick as 50us. Users can program a current ripple up to 10kHz, commonly used for EIS testing. Modules are available from 9kW to 54kW at 60V to 1500V, with outputs up to 3000V possible into the MW range in master/slave. Multi-module systems based around a mid-point earth can create +/- voltage outputs.
We will also have information on the upcoming launch of an optional fibre optic interface using the Aurora protocol, which is in active development. In collaboration with key PHIL providers such as Opal-RT and Typhoon, the interface is due to be released early 2026.
The event will take place at UTAC's Millbrook Proving Ground on the 3rd and 4th September. It is widely regarded as the UK's premier showcase for innovations in hybrid and electric vehicles. The exhibition is free to attend, if you haven’t already registered you can do so here.
