Our new NHR modules have been released. Each multi-channel high voltage power supply is built into a 1/12 NIM standard cassette format. High precision models are available which provide measurement into the picoamp range.
Both 2 channel and 4 channel models are available at 2kV or 6KV. The 6kV models feature three voltage and current ranges per channel, allowing users to test a wider variety of devices. Each channel features independent voltage and current control, as well as electronically switchable polarity. Several NHR modules can be daisy-chained by CAN and controlled with a single USB connection or by optional iCS software via Ethernet.
